A cylindrical robot has three axes for the movements. Sometimes these are mistakenly regarded as the SCARA robots and vice-versa is also true.
3. Parallel Robots
These are the type of robots that are used by military and commercial pilots to enhance flight. These are the flight simulators.
4. Articulated robots
These are the robots that are most commonly used in Industries also termed Industry robots.
